Taking shots
« on: July 26, 2018, 09:55:25 PM »

It seems that now I am a year on T that I can not remember to take my shot each week.  This causes my levels to drop and rise greatly.  Any ideas on ways to remember so that my levels can stay even.

What I did was put post-it notes up all over my house, and write it on my hand every morning and every night. It gets to the point where you don't notice the post-it's, but by then taking the hormones are so routine, you don't need them. But writing it on your hand would be a good idea even if you don't notice the notes after a while. Just in case. But use really bright post-it's. A color that has absolutely no reason to be there. If you have a dark stained bedtoom door, use neon green or neon orange notes, for example.
